Athletes who match to a local legend segment more times than anyone else over a rolling 90-day period earn the Local Legend (LCL) achievement on that segment. This is awarded on run, bike, walk, hike, and alpine/backcountry/nordic ski segments. The leading athlete will appear in the Local Legend section on a segment detail page. Strava subscribers can select the ellipsis icon to view their LCL status and compare their efforts with other athletes.
